So I’ve been trying to work out a little every day using a daily workout my friend found on Tumblr. I didn’t feel like it was doing all too much, so I decided to make my own. This still isn’t much, but it’s something, and I can repeat if I want to do more. I tried to work out my whole body, and include a few little cardio intervals in each work out. I’m mainly concerned about my legs/butt and stomach looking better, so that’s what I focused on. I’m also already skinny and petite, so I’m more focused on toning than burning a ton of fat, since I already have very little.

I’ve been trying to do these every day, along with a few others depending on my motivation. I’ve been doing Jillian Michael’s Six Pack in Six Weeks, and the Victoria’s Secret butt exercises, to start with, as well as just saving different work outs to try. Just wanted to share :)
